Walden Sucks ... Trade for a real closer?

I have no confidence in Jordan Walden after watching him a few times out. No control, afraid to throw strikes. About as unclutch as you can get. I'm pretty sure Mike Scioscia will make a change eventually because it's a joke.

Any suggestions on who I could deal for a real closer?

what if u tryed to move ogando ?


i will say for walden mlb2k11 revs his fastball up to 101 on its best days thrown perfect so there is some talent level there but i understand what ur dealing with

Good thinking ... Ogando could be a good chip. I just want some level of consistency. It's the most defeating feeling to have spent some much trade equity to assemble some quality SP, only to have these jokers like Walden (and not to mention John Danks) totally poison the well.

i got a good kick out of you writing the "these jokers poisioning the well thing" yea i mean leo nunez for ogando str8 up since ur starting pitching is tight with linc felix halladay (thats all you need ) put wandy up for an elite closer yea u might be losing out on value and someones gonna qoute me and say im crazy but look at ur staff you can afford to overpay for a top notch closer

Should I aim to jettison Walden off to someone else in this deal or look for a great guy to complement Walden and Santos?

ogando and walden for brian wilson / neftali felez / heath bell / mariano riveria one of the cool kids if ur gonna make a trade for a closer make it a big dog and with ur pitching staff u can afford to get rid of ur middle pitchers to close or closer doowwnnnnn
