Should I drop Delmon Young or make room for him? WHIR

He will be coming of the DL shortly and I have no room for him. Should I consider dropping him or packaging a trade to make a 2-1/3-2 trade to make an extra roster spot on my team?

I think you can probably drop him...you have pretty good depth at OF. Maybe try to make room for him, but if there are no takers, don't sweat it.

I'd drop Izturis who should slow down unless you feel comfortable with your OF depth. If you're afraid of someone picking him up go ahead and "throw him in" to a buy-low sell-high to sweeten up a trade.

I would just drop Young, he wasn't performing well even before the DL stint and you have good OF depth.

What about...

1. Izturis/D. Young for M. Prado

2. G. Beckam/D. Young for M. Prado

Neither of those trades are gonna fly, sadly. I would just drop Delmon. You have some really good outfield talent on the bench even, I don't see Delmon doing a whole lot for you. If you really want to keep him badly, drop Izturis, but I would just let him go and don't look back.
