My thoughts: I need more SB. I hope to sell high on Berkman, Francoeur, Avila -- and maybe Jeter. I'm trying to trade Davis, BRob, and Vlad to free up roster space. I'm thinking of trading Greinke, Jurrjens, and Uggla for steadier options.

If you can get fair value for Uggla with his slumping BA I would do it. Prado is eligible at 2 shallow positions(2b,3b) which makes him a waste to be using him at ut. You could probably find someone off of the fa pool who can produce better than Prado at UT.

If you can sell high Berkman, Frenchy, Jurrjens, I would do that also.
Your OF is weak so I would seek to improve there.
