Bud Norris or Zack Britton?

I am in a 14 team mixed, ESPN head to head, points, keeper league.
Each team can carry 6 SPers.

Pitching scoring looks like this:
IP: 3 | ER: -2 | W: 7 | L: -5 | SV: -5 | BS: -2 | K: 1 | H: -1 | BB: -1 | HB: -1

My current starting pitchers are:
Justin Verlander
Tim Hudson
Wandy Rodriguez
Zach Britton
Randy Wolf
Aaron Harang

I have been "lightly" shopping Zach Britton because I think he is under performing his results right now (ERA: 2.93 | FIPERA: 4.14) plus he has an unimpressive K rate (5.02). But so far the wins are there, and he has put up 100 points for my team this year.

I offered him up for Matt Garza, who I thought I might be able to buy low, but no. Offered him for Daniel Hudson, but no, now I am considering offering him up for Bud Norris, but I am not sure if Norris is an upgrade. So far this season that have both collected the same amount of points, with Norris making up for a lack of wins (2) with twice as many Ks (56-24). Norris has a far better FIPERA (3.00), but he was a FA pick up last week, and not as highly touted of a prospect as Britton.

What do you guys think? Should I just stay with Britton, offer him for Norris, or try for someone else?

I like Norris a lot right now. Especially looking at K's he basically doubles Britton. Wins may be a bit tough for Bud, but it's not like Britton plays for the Yanks or anything. The problem is you are offering a 1-1 deal, something that most owners will not take. You need to make it at least a 2-2 deal where you can say here, you get to upgrade here and I get to upgrade here. 1-1 is hard to talk up.....let's see some rosters on here.

I think most people would put Zack Britton ahead of Bud Norris at first glance anyway, so I thought a 1 for 1 would be okay in this case, but maybe not?

I would say norris just because of his huge K upside and he seems to have righted himself out a bit after a slow start

I'd take Norris for the K's and the little more experience in the big leagues.
