Add/drop questions WHIR

Delmon Young will be coming off the DL soon and I'll have to drop someone to activate him. I picked up Francoeur a couple weeks ago to ride his hot streak and have been playing him in a UTIL slot. Should I feel fine about cutting him as soon as Young comes off the DL?

Also, I was thinking of picking up Desmond Jennings soon and stashing him until his call up. I'd have to drop Will Venable for him. My league starts LF, CF, and RF in the outfield. Venable is eligible for all 3 positions and has really helped in the SB category. Is it still a no-brainer to ditch him for Jennings?

Thanks for your help with mine...

I am not a believer in Francoeur, having said that I dont know that I could drop him yet with how great he has been. Is there anyone else on your roster you could afford to drop instead? If not, then I would still rather have Delmon young than Francouer, but maybe if its a league where you can keep Young stashed on the DL for a bit to let him get some ABs prior to activating him than I would do that.

Not sure what the sixth category in your 6x6 league is... OPS?

The Venable / Jennings dilemma: I think that once Jennings gets the call he will play everyday and will outproduce Venable, especially in the stolen base category. I do think that Venable may have a few more HR's, however, so it may depend on your teams needs

That's a tough one.

As much as I think Delmon will have a nice season, I haven't seen him perform yet, so we'll see.

I would hold on to Franceour in the meantime as well as Venable.

If Fuld continues to not produce, then get Jennings, but keep an eye out.

Help me with mine? Thanks! :-D viewtopic.php?f=26&t=429917&p=3395987&hilit=morrison#p3395987

Drop Francouer. A few hot weeks does not erase a history that is all too clear.

Hold on to Venable. Take the value now, instead of hoping for value later.
