This is so close it's hard to call. Haren does have a history of falling off after the all-star break. But, last year pitched well at the end of the season for the Halos. I wouldn't want to make this call, but a gun to my head I say stick with Haren. Pitching in Anaheim (small sample size), he has cut down on his HR allowed. That was a big knock on Haren. Haven't run the numbers, but I think if you do it would work out to 50-65% of what he was allowing with Arizona. Angel Stadium is not HR friendly in night games. Like the others said, splitting hairs on this one. But, I would stick with Haren.

I had this exact dilemma when both fell to me in one of my drafts. I went with Hamels over Haren due to the fact that I believe that Philadelphia is a better team than the Angels. But it is a toss up.

I would keep Hamels based on one thought, which was posted, but very true...Haren, usually has a less spectacular 2nd half...That is the main reason I did not draft him when I had the chance...Hamels, plays in the NL and should be more consistent than Haren...
