Need Help - A. Gonzalez for B. Butler and S. Victorino?

Postby mariachi507 » Tue May 10, 2011 4:08 am

10 man keeper league, H2H scoring, Maximum 12 Pitchers a week

I've been debating on this trade for the past half hour or so, Adrian is a difficult guy to get rid of because of his beast status. But I gotta admit that it would be nice to strengthen up my outfield with Victorino and Butler is no slouch either. Any opinions would be nice and I will try to help out if I'm capable.

I can provide more info if needed.

You definitely could use some outfield help. Victorino and Butler have been doing very good. I think that both of them will definitely overpower A. Gonzalez. Not a bad deal in my eyes.

I don't think I would do this. AGone was likely to start off the season slow and I could see a big second half from him. Butler is nice but he is mostly AVG, with a little power and some RBI and R but not the big bat at 1B you typically want. I would try and move Morneau and one of your OF for an upgrade at OF rather than trade your big bat for two decent players.
