for colby rasmus justin smoak and jhyoulis chacin i mean i drafted razo at like 89th in our draft i didnt draft smoak just used em cause morneua was sucking and chachin i picked up in free agency for his monday start at the mets
C carlos santana
1b billy butler
2b brandon phillips
3b adrian beltre
IF micheal young
OF braun holiday markakis fowler rios raja davis
utility ryan zimmerman/ justin morneau / carlos lee (only one of them starts rotating)
Pitchers
felix hernandez
clayton kershaw
tommy hanson
tim hudson (theres also another open pitcher slot i just toss guys in and out all week long)
releivers leo nunez and heath bell
duh i realize im gonna have 2 wait 6 weeks on zimmerman but im thinkin finals i havent been beaten yet this year in my league and if i take a hit a couple times til i get zimmerman in there fulltime so be it
what do you guys think i need to try to trade or improve standard scoring h2h 8 man league so theres pitching depth in free agency unlike 10 and 12 man leagues

I wouldn't trade Butler and Zimmerman for those guys. I might try and take Zimm out of the deal

I think you could get back some more in return for Butler and Zimmerman. Don't think Smoak is an upgrade from Butler. If Zimmerman comes back and returns to All-Star form, he's way better then Rasmus. You have a good rotation and you can find good pitchers on the wire this year so you don't really need Chachin.

Oh in that case if you received Butler and Ryan Zimmerman you will win out eventually as long as Zimmerman bounces back in a reasonable amount of time once he gets off the DL.

You easily won the deal. Zimmerman was the 20th overall (Butler 85th) pick this year in drafts per Median Draft Position entering the season. The highest that you gave away was Rasmus at 95th. Chacin was 195th, while Smoak was 307th! Sure, Rasmus, Chacin, and Smoak have talent, but Butler and Zimmerman are more proven. Considering you are leading your league right now, you definitely could afford to trade spare parts for huge upgrades in the future. Solid deal.
