Picking games?

What do you guys think of picking games? I've tried a few and I feel like they're getting better and better. The ones I know are:

ESPN Streak for the Cash: really bad design and not fun to play for me but you can make money in the game which is pretty cool

GameDay Tycoon: my favorite so far. Design is good and it's on Facebook so makes it easier to compete against my friends. Also they have video higlights of games which is neat.

Fanvibe: pretty good too but I prefer to see what my friends pick and I can't do that on this game.

Do you guys use picking games? Which ones do you like?
