I currently have Niese on my team (14 team pts league - pts for wins, K, CG's - no negative pts, era does not matter).
I currently have niese - are mcdonald an bailey an upgrade over niese?

I would say Bailey would be an upgrade.

I would also say mcdonald would be an upgrade as well, but homer baily should be first.
