My Carp/Kubel for his DLR/C. Perez/Bourn? WHIR

We must have a minimum one closer active each week, and after Nathan crapped the bed, I've been struggling there. I know I'd be giving up the best player here, but I'd erase a big hole and get a decent replacement for Carp. After the season, I'd definitely keep Votto, Wright, VMart, Phillips, Weaver, Gallardo. The final 4 spots could be any of Rios, Andrus, Hosmer, Stubbs, Nolasco, Billingsley, dependent on 2011 performance. I'd obviously keep Carp, unless he retires, but being able to get a good return for 2011 and open a spot for a younger player to keep for 2012 might be a good reason to deal him now. Should I pull the trigger here? WHIR as always.

i think its a good enough return for carp.....rosa is decent with good k rate, and u need perez, and u could replace figgins with bourn, i like it

I think I like this too. It's a fair trade, and based on your needs, benefits you without giving up too much.

I agree with the above. You are getting a very nice, high upside SP in DLR, and a rising star closer, along with a serviceable #4 or #5 OF. Do it.
