Who Do I start for utility and back end of my rotation

I am in 14 team h2h league and need to make some roster decisions prior to the week starting.

Here is my roster

C Montero
1B Gonzalas
2B Walker
SS Lowrie
3B Youkolis
OF Bautista, Bruce, Scott
Utility

Hill 2b, A.Ramirz 3b & Hart OF

Pitching
SP Cain, Marcum, Carmona, Davis, McCarthy, McClellen, Peavy, Holland, Duensing,
RP Gregg, Street & Bailey

I am not sure who to start at utility, between Hill, Ramirez & Hart
Hill just came back from the DL, Ramirez has hit with no power and hart just hasn't started hitting.

as far as my pitching goes,
I am starting Cain and Marcum for sure and i am leaning towards Carmona and McClellen

Who should i start at Utility and my 3rd and 4th starters?
