Berkamn/Heyward/colon for Bourn/Hanson/butler? WHIR!

I really really really need to help with this one.

I would get Hanson/Bourn/Butler and give Colon/Heyward/Berkman.
I kinda feel I'd be giving up too much power. I do need steals, but...

Thank you all for the input. I did the deal. Although it ended up being Berkman and Colon for Bourn and Hanson, which is even better for me as I get to keep Heyward and I was gonna drop Colon anyway.
