Pick up Bud Norris WHIR PLEASE!

For some reason or another, Bud Norris is still a Free Agent in my league. I have ample pitching but should i pick him up? if so who should i drop to complete this transaction? WHIR leave a link i will reply 100%

Definitely pick up Norris asap. He's putting up ridiculous numbers that can't be ignored right now. I'd drop Betancourt for him first.

i probably should have mentioned that i can't get rid of betancourt because i have holds as a category...anyone else i can drop?

Are any of your offensive players on your bench, or do they all start? If you can't drop an offensive player, I would probably still drop Beachy or Masterson for him. It's a tough decision, because Beachy and Masterson are playing so well, but Norris has shown greater potential minus the wins. He's not going to get you many wins.

cory hart is on my bench right now because he is still shaking off the rust from his injury lay off...i have rotated him, vladimir guerrero and brett gardner for the bench spots...i would drop hill or wieters for norris but i clearly have no backups in their positions (lowrie is playing 3rd base for me)

i just picked up beachy so i wouldn't want to drop him...

the players i'd be willing to drop are:

Rajai Davis
Vladimir Guerrero
Brett Gardner
Cory Hart
and VERY RELUCTANTLY, justin masterson..

i don't want to drop any of them but it appears that norris is worth adding in all leagues..

maybe if you think davis/gardner are similar types of player, i could drop one of them...i think gardner might be more valuable if he starts hitting because he plays in the loaded yankees lineup but rajai davis is a better stolen base threat (also gardner ended last year pretty terribly if i am not mistaken?)

I'd drop him for:

Davis & Gardner for him w/o hesitation. I liked Gardner to begin the year, but he hasn't done anything and I think you can find similar production from the current hot player in the FA pool if need be.

If you absolutely want to drop a pitcher, then Masterson is the one to lose.

I was waiting for a reply but i didn't want to wait too long, so i picked him up and dropped Vladimir Guerrero. It really hurts to do that, especially as GArdner, Rajai, hart and many other hitters on my team are hitting 80points less than Vlad, but i figured i should look at potential ceiling, and with baltimore struggling and not going to leave the AL East basement, he surely won't/can't surpass or match his 29HRS and 115RBIs from last year

boy i hope i am right! but the other thing is that i'm sure someone would have added gardner and stashed him still he starts hitting whereas i don't know if people would pick up vladimir just yet (also, having looked at his game log, Brett Gardner has started to swing the bat and get some hits together)
