I have this on the table, I'm giving phillips, I'm getting Young. I'm hurting in RBIs and HRs, and I think I can part with phillips and slot in Barney. Is this fair value? Leave a link and I'll try and help you out. Thanks.

With Phillips healthy I don't really see any upgrade with Young over Phillips, and Barney would be a huge drop off at 2B...... Was wondering if Phillips is costing you a first rounder what would young be costing you?
Dusty Baker and his lineup moves are frustrating. But Phillips is hitting between Votto and Bruce right now, which is great. I owned him last year and the year before; his numbers will improve. You should be able to get a better pitcher than C. Young for Phillips.

A 4th, but I don't think I'd keep him at that cost. My reasoning is that Young will help immensely in HRs and the RBIs, but the dropoff will be in the runs and steals, which are two categories I can sacrifice.

Does it change your opinion if I'm getting the Arizona OFer?

I don't see the "immensely" in HR's and RBI's with Young over a healthy Phillips.... and He is gonna kill you with AVG also. Wouldn't be worth it for me, and then put Barney in that slot when he's gonna fade.........

Sorry.
I think that you can justify that trade then, but it's close. It looks like CY will continue to hit 1st in that line up, so I think that you can expect fewer RBI's.
