I'm dumb so I couldn't figure out how to upload the pic so I just provided the link

I tried resizing and shrinking the file size but couldn't get it to fit right.
It either turned out to be unbalanced or in bad shape pixel wise.

Please turn this picture of Roy Halladay into a avatar size picture.
I would very appreciate the help.
