Would this strategy work? WHIR

Well first off take a look at my team in this 12 team 5x5 roto league...
C- Montero
1B- Ryan Howard
2B- Cano
3B- Youklis
SS- Tulo
OF- Pence
OF- Bruce
OF- Hart
UT- Bourn
UT- S. Castro
Bn- Figgins
DL- Hill
DL- Ryan Zimmerman

SP- Latos
SP- Cain
RP- Soria
RP- Hanrahan
P- Frank Francisco
P- Melancon
P- Scherzer
Bn- Garza
Bn- De La Rosa
Bn- Morrow

Now after looking over and analyzing my team I feel like I could go ahead and not have any bench players on offense (maybe 1) because of how good my offense will be, especially when Zimmerman comes back. So my thinking is that I can go ahead and try to trade either Youk, Zimm, Hill, Castro, or Figgins and A.) try to get another elite closer, B.) try to trade for an elite starting pitcher, or C.) go after 5 tool OF'er such as Crawford, McCutchen, CarGo, Heyward, Choo, etc.

Now there is a 1400 innings cap but as of now Im a little bit under and doubt I will actually surpass that amount. What do you guys think would work? Is this a good strategy or do you have another idea I can try, or should I just stay put where I am?

Thanks and leave a link if you have a question and ill help you ;-D
