I was offered his Chipper Jones and Trevor Cahill for my Rollins and Walden. I have Lowrie that I can plug in at SS, and I NEED a 3B cuz im worried about McGehee - he looks horrible I know losing Rollins hurts but Cahill helps my ERA a lot (I'm still last in ERA haha) and Jones would help my avg. and RBI production as well (I'm lacking in both categories). And I've been good with picking up closers for help with saves (I may add Melancon and drop Brett Wallace as well to make up for losing Walden) Any thoughts!!?? Thanks guys!!

I say do it.
You would be pretty dumb not to do this. Chipper Jones is 10x better than McGehee and plays on a much better team = more production all year. Cahill is an absolute stud, no other words to describe. Can talk about cy young awards with his name, can't with Walden = Cahill is worth more. Rollins is an injury risk and maybe on his downfall although the past couple games he has picked it up, just not set on Rollins yet this season.

I wouldn't do it if I were you. I also have McGehee but I have faith in him, one month out of a six month season is hard to judge still. Even if Chipper is better than McGehee the difference between the two is not worth giving up rollins production over a streaky Lowrie. Although Cahill is awesome I think Walden could fetch a better price or at least get you a young starter who may not be as good as Cahill but plays on a better team and will make up for the K's with Wins.
I think it goes without saying the biggest injury risk in this deal is Chipper so if you do invest in this deal know the risks of chipper's sore knees and days off like years past.
Larry - "Who's this? Who are you?"
Crash Davis - "I'm the player to be named later."
