Phil Coke SP DET, When to be replaced?

Does anyone have any idea how long the leash is for Phil? He's having another tough outing tonight, 5/6. Two starts ago he pitched a little better but his season overall has been more like tonight's outing (3inn, 8h, 4er). Are the Tigers committed to this converted reliever or is he on his way out?
