Backup Outfield Options?

Hello Fantasy Baseball Cafe,
I am looking for a backup Outfield option for my 10 team H2H head league, the position is currently occupied by Johnny Gomes who had a brief promising run (as he is often prone to do), but has now slowed down tremendously.
The options are as follows....
Bay
Damon
M. Cabrera
Crisp
Sands*
Garret Jones
Seth Smith
Matt Joyce
Thoughts?

I'd go with Bay. He'll probably never replicate the success he had several years ago, but he should still be a decent option this season.

I agree with Bay too. He's not bad at all for backup and has a lot of upside if he starts to swing the bat well
