Normally I would be in favor of trading a closer for a starter but you have 3 aces and a pretty good stable of 2nd tier starters. If you trade KRod you are going with unproven closers that could be replaced at any time. Hanrahan has a pretty good lock in Pittsburgh but Storen has been sharing time with Bennett and Santos is part of a muddied bullpen in Chicago. Both could be full time closers in the near future but I wouldnt take that gamble.

Tough call. I worry that Morrow won't stay healthy all year where as I think KRod should be a fine closer with good numbers. Because you have good depth at SP, I would probably say no but I wouldn't have a problem taking it if you think Morrow is going to breakout this year.

I like it, but its not a clear win. I like to be more confident that a deal makes sense before actually making a move. I think you'll be able to find saves on waivers, and Morrow is a K machine. In the end, its a very close move and unfortunately us just a flip of the coin... but I'd probably go with Morrow given my value of high K starters.

Help with mine?
