Ryan Zimmerman dropped...add for Lackey? WHIR

Ryan Zimmerman was dropped in my keeper league. My league is lame and doesn't have DL spots, which can hurt teams with multiple players out. I didn't see his team's situation, but jumped on the waiver claim, and it went through this morning (I was 12 of 12 on the wire).

Just wondering if I made a good move here. I'm patient, and stream hot players when I can, but I feel good about hanging on here. Keep in mind also that I added Lackey last week, so I have no attachment.

Even in a league with no DL spots, I can't believe someone dropped Zimmerman in a keeper league. Fantastic move for you though.

In a keeper, Zimmerman needs to be owned, DL spots or not.

Great pick up. Keeper or not I would want Zimmerman. With Wright you have 2 of the top 5 third basemen. Gives you the option to move one.

Definitely the right move. In a keeper league, it takes monumental idiocy to drop a top pick like Zimmerman... I wish I was in your league.

And yes, definitely try to moce one for a top 2B. Good luck.
