Pujols/Halladay/Lincecum

10 team Keeper league. Keep 10 each year, H2H.

7x7 w/ the standard 5x5 stats + OPS, Hits :: K/9, QS.

Each keeper cost +$3 to keep per year. I will list the price the player will cost to keep NEXT year (at the end of this year).

I get: A. Beltre ($18), Roy Halladay (35), C. Perez (6)
I give: Pujols ($48) and Lincecum (35)

I've got no issue trading those two, because of how much they'll cost to keep, but I'm not big on the deal.

Thinking of countering and substituting a lesser SP, say M. Cain, so it's Beltre/Halladay/Perez for Pujols/Cain. The other option is going after a POS player. Below are both teams. Advice?

My LAST place team:

c: Montero
1B: Pujols
2B: Pedoria
3B: A. Gordon
SS: Tulo
OF: Cruz
OF: Sizemore
OF: J. Heyward
UTIL: L. Berkman

SP: Kershaw, Lincecum, Felix, Jurrjens, M. Cain, J. Cueto, J. Peavy
RP: E. Sanchez, M. Adams, F. Francisco, D. Aardsma, A. Bailey
DL: Wainwright

His players of interest:
K. Morales ($24)
J. Mauer (31)
J. Bautista (9)
Crawford (36)
Beltre (18)
Andrus (10)

CJ. Wilson (6)
T. Cahill (5)
Feliz (9)

I'd only do it if you can get Cain instead of Lincecum. I don't value Saves that much. I usually value hitting over pitching, and you have plenty of pitching, however, I do like Beltre alot and think he continues to hit throughout the year.

I agree.... I would only do it if it's the Cain/Pujols idea.

I'm gonna bump for some more opinions. I'm pretty tired of my underachieving stars (Pujols, Pedoria, Cruz, etc...). Yesterday my offense went 0/25.

So, I'm thinking:
I give: Pujols ($48), Cain ($13)
I get: R. Halladay ($35), A. Beltre ($18), C. Perez (6) (his other Closers: Francisco Rodríguez, Carlos Mármol, M. Capps)

I would plug Berkman in @ 1B then. And I could also pick up a 1B:
G. Sanchez
C. Lee
C. Pena
D. Lee
M. Moreland
J. Smoak
(hosmer + Ike davis are both owned).

Are you big on Beltre? You might want to consider getting Bautista instead of Beltre if he's really that cheap to keep.
