Who would you rather have in your minor league spots?

The league I am in has 3 minor league roster spots. Players are eligible to be put in these spots if they have not been put on an active roster and are under the 400AB or 100IP limits. You can stash players in these spots indeffinetely unless they are put into an active roster spot. 5x5 11team Roto 5-keeper + 3-minor league

Manny Banuelos - NYY
Brandon Belt - SF
Jesus Montero - NYY
Shelby Miller - SL
Martin Perez - TX
Matt Moore - TB

Pick 3

Montero - easy pick
Belt - potential to help you sooner rather than later
Banuelos - could be up later this year, likely starting in rotation next year.

I don't know anything about Miller, Perez and Moore are at least 2 years away which limits their value. They are both very good prospects though.

The problem is that I like S. Miller a lot but am having trouble justifying dropping one of the 3 that I already have. I think Miller will be scooped up by someone soon.
