I'd take it. You have Prado and Infante to cover 2B for a week or two until Utley is supposed to be back. Your rotation needs a potential ace like Ubaldo, you have decent RP after Kimbrel, and you get a nice upgrade at C.

thanks for the feedback, I know I'm taking some risk with utley's knee, and ubaldo getting back on track, but I agree on the overall fairness of the trade.
