Britton or other FA for Dempster?

I have been patient with Ryan Dempster and that has run out after he didn't get out of the first las week and cost me the game. So here are my FA options in a 10 team points league. By the way, we cannot bench pitchers so I would have to drop Dempster to pick up one of these FA.

Drop Dempster to pick up one of the following:

Z. Britton
R. Wolf
I. Kennedy
A. Sanchez
R. Nolasco
A. Burnett
J. Zimmerman
B. Norris
