Deep League Trade: Headley FOR G.Jones (WHIR)

I am in a deep league 15 teams where we start 2 third basemen, and 2 1B, along with 5 Outfielders. I could use the help @ 1B/DH, so I would then move Butler to DH. Am I selling to low on Headley here? he hasn't done much to date, but I believe he can turn out to a 15/15 3B in this league. which is a weak position.

1B/OF - G.Jones $5 (1) (eligible to be kept for 2 more years, not that I would be)

I TRADE AWAY:
3B - C.Headley $2 (1) (eligible to be kept @ $2 for 2 more years)

I am fine with that deal. I am not sold on Headley having all that much value. I wouldn't be surprised if Jones and Headley where close to similar value by the end of the season with Jones having a slight edge. Since Headley is on your bench, I would make the move for a guy that could actually start for you.
