Garza vs. Masterson

Whose better to have Garza or Masterson?

Garza... not sure how much I buy into Masterson at this point, though that may be my bitter-self talking since I dropped him in a dynasty league last season and he's done very well since then.

Garza, only because of his K/9.
Masterson has been very good since last August, so i think he's underrated.

Garza--more Ks, and he's in the NL.

I don't really get why people are so impressed with Garza pitching in the NL. Out of his starts, no really offensive teams except Brewers and Rockies twice and he gave up 5 runs in each of those games. I don't really see his numbers changing just from changing leagues.
