Lackey isn't playing well and I think I can get value for Damon so I took a huge risk. My pitching is weak, but Lackey wouldnt have made a diffrence so. Is there any better pitcher I should try to get for Damon?

So you just picked Damon off waivers? Trading for players with players you just picked up off the wire usually gets back interesting messages from the teams you are trying to trade with.

Damon is playing great though, I'm sure someone who didn't get him but wanted him will take him for a little better pitcher than lackey. 20 RBIs are sure to excite someone. I was just wondering if the move in general was smart, and what type of pitcher can I get for Damon, (assume I didn't pick him up from waivers).

His numbers came in bunches weeks ago. Best case scenario you might be able to get a pitcher in the Brett Myers / Gavin Floyd range........ If he could heat up a bit more and stay consistent you might be able to get more.
