I think it's a good deal for both..... If he's looking for some OF and relief help. Shields looks like he's returned to form..... The only thing that would concern me for you is Aardsma's velocity isn't back in rehab right now. They say he isn't feeling pain in his hip, but it's down like 3-5mph........
