Mat Latos has been struggling. He was on the DL to start the season with shoulder inflamation (bursitis) caused by inflamed bursa sacs. Right now, there is no indication that this is a chronic issue and is affecting him currently. Anyone think that it is just taking him some time to get back into the groove of things? Are you buying low?

maybe, but I'm buying him as a top 35 pitcher not a top 15. I would be trading for him unless it was a bargain
