Only have 2 going today, one in "real" fantasy though. Kershaw (do I have choice anyways?), then running the Pirates staff today in ESPN's Baseball Challenge.
I'm throwing McDonald and Harang out there tonight. Hoping for a typical SD low scoring game. Will probably end up in a blowout. I start McDonald when he gets blow up and sit him, like his last start, when he does well. Start/sit accordingly.
I know McDonald is coming off a nice start, and I know it's the pathetic Padres in the parking lot that is Petco... but McDonald has walked 1 less than he's struck out, his ERA is 7+, his WHIP is nearing 2 I toyed with the idea, but the possibility of implosion is too great. We'll see how strong the affects of Petco really are today.

The Rangers lineup has been posted, Kinsler is sitting, C. Davis is starting at 3b, Elvis is leading off, and Borbon is playing, so it's not exactly the most ideal offensive lineup....plus they are playing poorly lately so now might be the time to give it a shot.

Don't have any starts today and was almost desperate enough to spot start James McDonald because the Padres step to bat with wiffle ball bats I think. I'll be patient, though. Clayton Richard gets the Pirates later this week @ Petco and the real interesting one I'm looking at is Josh Tomlin @ Oakland, who I'm not really sure how he's doing it...
I'm starting McDonald today against the Padres. They are that bad (although they will probably score 8 today). I'm even considering Karstens tomorrow. Against the Padres in PetCo? Almost anyone is worthy of starting.
