3b waiver add?

With Youk banged up, I'm looking for a 3B now, before all the other owners with banged up 3B come to the waiver wire. For me it's a toss up between Aviles and Ryan Roberts. In my league, Aviles has 2b, SS, and 3b eligibility, and Roberts has OF and 3b eligibility. I'm concerned about both guys getting playing time for the rest of the season, and while the SS elig. is nice with Aviles, I have Alexi Ramirez and Ian Desmond - is Aviles a better ss than Desmond? And is Aviles a better add than Roberts?
