I was just offered Roy Oswalt and Leo Nunez for Shane Victorino and Placido Polanco.

I say take Oswalt and Nunez and RUN! I like it. I think both of them are studs and can keep up their stats with maybe a little drop off.

Agreed. Plus you have pretty good depth at the OF position that it will not hurt you that much that you are parting ways with Victorino.

After much haggling, we ended up with the following deal:

Roy Oswalt for Placido Polanco/Sam Fuld

Is it just me or is this a steal on my part?

Yes you got a better deal lol. You kept Victorino over Nunez and it seems like you are punting saves anyway so in that situation I'd take Victorino any day. Sam Fuld is already slowing down and Oswalt is 10 times better than Polanco. Nice deal.
