Diff btwn Pineda and Beachy?

I know everyone's knee-jerk reaction is going to be Pineda is much better, but I really don't see why there's a huge difference. They both have similarly dominant minor league numbers, and Beachy's MLB numbers (K/9, BB/9, K/BB, xFIP, WHIP) this year are actually significantly better than Pineda's. They are both extreme flyball pitchers which isn't great, but I really don't understand why Pineda has been annointed as the next felix and no one's talking about beachy. Someone help me out?
