I think that between Guerrero, Lee, Boone and Renteria, you have steals covered, so you might as well drop Sanchez.

I think there's probably someone better than Jason Phillips on the wire.

Your starting pitching is pretty weak.
serious as a heart attack

Catchers on the wire are Mauer Hammock Molina Myers and Johnon
One team took IROD and Posada, and I'll try to trade a bat for either one.
Mauer and Hammock have promising futures but little to no ML experience. The others look pretty lame.
Phillips has at least played 2003 to the tune of 400+ABs and hit .298. And playing 1B mostly will probably get him 450+ ABs this year.

Do others agree that the SP staff is weak?

I like jason phillips, but then i am biased. but he will likely get more ab's than most catchers as he actually plays 1b.
Bear in mind, I've been trying to get a life...

Don't neglect the fact that we have LOSSES as a category.
And these pitchers have the Yankees (2), Houston (2) and Philly as their backup in that category, ranking 4th, 9th and 12th in runs scored.
