Just picked up Boggs as my 3rd RP and I'm a little worried about his blown save leading to him pitching in the 8th. Storen has 4 saves in the last 11 days and looks like he might have the job in WAS. Drop Boggs for Storen? Only start two RP's and am riding Axford and Kimbrel so far but want a solid #3.

I agree with the others, Storen is the way to go. Boggs is nice and should get the majority of saves for now but that can easily change. Storen is more secure in his role and has been excellent thus far.

If TR would stop switching closers every time one has a bad outing....which will happen from time to time....I'd go with Boggs based simply on the team he plays for.
Using a little logic here, the Cardinal's relief pitchers are going to have many more chances to close a game than one pitching for the Nationals.
Boggs has 15 strikeouts against only 3 walks and an excellent whip.

Close games affect save chances more the records.
St. Louis was 30th in save chances last year. The Nats had 15 more.

Yeah, ideally you wouldn't have to cut a kinda-closer in Boggs for Storen, but if you've got a fulltime closer as the dude before me said, you run and don't walk to go do that.
feel free to take a look at my troublesome thing for the day, would ya?
