Do I drop Ted Lilly yet? And other P questions (WHIR)

5X5 Roto 10 team keeper league.
Lilly's pitching tonight, but unless he's lights out, and even then i'm thinking of dropping him. Any thoughts? My E.R.A. and WHIP need to come down and I definitely need more W's. Josh Tomlin is available and hot, but will it last? Randy Wolf's pitching great and available but the same question. Then there's John Lackey, Wade Davis, Wandy Rodriguez, A.J Burnett, Zambrano, Brandon Beachy, Kevin Correia and handful of others. Would you drop Lilly already for any of the above?
Would you take any of the above over my other Starting Pitchers?

Secondly would you drop Juan Pierre for Vladimir Guerrero?

Thats tough I would personally hold on to Lilly for a little longer. Nothing really appeals to me otherwise.
