UPDATE: Got an offer (from other owner) for Hanley Ramirez?

I am offering an owner that has Hanley the following trade (buying low on Hanley):

MY Carlos Quentin, Corey Hart & Josh Beckett for HIS Hanley Ramirez.

UPDATE: I took that off the table and he sent me a proposal:

MY Quentin/Beckett/Hart/Andrus for HIS Sands/Bourjos/Ian Kennedy/Hanley Ramirez... keep in mind that this is a 10-TEAM KEEPER LEAGUE!

Should I do it? I'm not so sure Quentin will keep this up, Beckett will come back down to earth, Hart who knows what he'll do, Andrus is the only one I'm concerned about... BUT I AM getting the best player in the deal... what should I do Fantasy Baseball Cafe??

I think he would be nuts to take it, but who knows? If ever there was a time to buy low on Hanley, it's now. In fact, I just picked up Hanley and Crawford for Braun and Jose Reyes in my keeper league. Hate to lose Braun, but I still think I scored.

It's good but not a slam dunk. Quentin is really good when he plays but there are injury concerns with him. Hart is not a great player and Beckett flashes brilliance but also stinks up the joint fairly often. All in all, if you can fill their positions reasonably well then it's a great deal for you.

I like the updated offer better then your offer. I would definitely take it. If Andrus is all your worried about, well your replacing him with Hanley. The bit peices aren't throw-aways either. Good move for you.

Quentin always gets hurt. Sox and feast or famine this year too.
Hart -- don't know what you get with him. Such a wild card.
Beckett -- it seems many a home start is accompanied by 8 er. He'll dominate for 2 months and then drop off a cliff... i realize this is a bit dramatic, but u get the point.
Andrus -- like him, but no power, and he steals seem to come in bunches. I'd rather buy low on the 5 tool attack in hanley and get some solid pieces with him.
