Trade Idea I came up with. Fair deal? WHIR

So my offense is stacked, pitching not so much. A team in my league has no outfielders. I am considering proposing this trade, what do you guys think? Is it fair?

I give : Matt Kemp, Jose Reyes, Colby Rasmus, Liriano ( I know he's garbage I just want him off my team)

I would get: Tulowitski, Kinsler, Kershaw (turrn around and deal kinsler or phillips for another SP)

My roster looks like this:

I think you're giving up too much. I'd take Rasmus out of the deal, and offer a 3 for 3. Kemp is on fire and is the best player in the deal. Kinsler's avg. leaves much to be desired, so I honestly think Kemp, Reyes, and Liriano for Tulo, Kinsler, and Kershaw is more than fair.

am I better off just sticking with the players I have? Is Kershaw worth getting rid of Kemp? I'm kind of torn, like most weeks I will win offensively, and steal a few categories in pitching with the number of SP I have.
