Pick up Tomlin (Cle) and drop Drabeck (Tor) and how many RP?

I can get Tomlin (Cle) but I have Jose Contreras (Phi) on the DL, and when he comes off the DL I'll need to drop a pitcher. My staff is Hernandez (Sea), Kershaw (LAD), Bell (SD), Billingsley(LAD), Anderson (Oak), Shields (TB), Hanrahan (Pit), Drabeck (Tor), and Masterson (Cle).
Basically my question is should I pick up Tomlin, and should I drop Drabeck to do it? Also, should I just drop Contreras or who should I drop once he gets off the DL? I'm in an ESPN H2H league and I don't believe there are any limits on the starts your starting pitchers can make.

Keep Drabek.

Contreras isn't hurting you sitting on the DL, so I'd keep him at this point.
