Pick up JCueto, drop BMcCarthy? WHIR,LL as always

Johnny Cueto is on the wire right now. Should I pick him up for Brandon McCarthy? I'm already working on a deal to trade AHuff for JSoria. If that goes through, I'm going to drop Narveson to make room for CHart to come off the DL. After that I'm thinking of dropping BMcCarthy and picking up JCueto. Is JCueto worth it? i like cueto over Mccarth...i owned him last year and tho he can be a bit wild at times he was solid for me and pitching for good team with a good line up
