Drop D. Span for more power, trade? (WHIR)

Hey all. I'm in a 10 team 5X5 leaguge. Below is my team and the format of positions with 3 total bench spots. I'm in need of A bit more power in HR+RBI's but am solidly in the top 3 in my league thus far in the other hitting categories. In pitching I'm lacking a bit in Wins and Saves but feel this will be shored up once Greinke and Bailey return. My whip and era are a bit high but both Latos and Morrow have just started their season after injury. I'm in a bit of a connundrum as I don't know whether to work the waiver wire and maybe drop an outfielder sacrificing avg in Span for a bit more power from Kubel, Raburn, Cuddyer or Seth Smith (who are all available). Juan Pierre isn't completely effective with the bat, but he's one of my steals men and i'd like to keep a stronghold on that. Or do I drop a pitcher for one of those guys. Or do I try and work a trade for what I'm looking for instead of letting a guy with such a high avg go to waivers? In the next couple weeks i'll have to drop a P spot anyway once Greinke and Bailey both return, who would you drop from my P's? Thanks in advance. Any suggestions welcome as well outside of what i've proposed.

You have plenty of SBs, so find someone who doesn't and see if they can trade you some power like a Tabata or a Bay.

I could try trading Pierre for Bay as the guy is a Sox fan, anyone else have any thoughts?
