Pull the trigger. Uggla is a stud and who knows if Lowrie will even keep the job everyday. Kimbrel is equivalent to Lyon, if not better. Your SP depth can afford to lose Danks. See if you cant sneak in another decent SP in the deal unless you have your eye on someone on the ww.
