Lowering ERA and WHIP

10 team 5x5 roto with standard categories. My ERA and WHIP has ballooned to 4.990 and 1.544 respectivley, putting me in last in each category. Thanks to some hitting that is doing well, I'm in 7th overall. What are some tips to get this ERA and WHIP respectable? Is it early enough that if I went with some relivers (Venters, Clippard, Sipp) for a couple of weeks would that get them down? My pitching staff now consists of:

Lincecum
Colby Lewis
Derek Lowe
Clay Buchholz
Fausto Carmona
Gio Gonzalez
Papelbon
Jon Rauch
Francisco Rodriguez

Bench: Aroldis Chapman, Anibal Sanchez, Edinson Volquez

I'd just be looking for spots to bench SP in tougher games. Look for decent SP pitching in SD, Oak & Seattle to help lower those #'s. Middle relievers instead of tough spots for some of your SP can help, but you are still going to need to start SP to keep up in K's and wins.
