Who do you guys like this year? I feel like both have been around forever and they finally have consistent playing time with good starts thus far. What do you think?

In my opinion neither are rosterable in a 12 team league. And you'd be pushing it in a 14 team league. If you want to play the hot hand based on who else you have you might pick them up as they go on hot streaks, but I couldn't see them on anyone's roster in those type leagues all season long.

I think Smoak is definitely rosterable in OBP leagues, as he has always walked as much as he strikes out.

I am wary of Wallace though and his hot start, as his BA is inflated by a BABIP of over .400.

I would say that neither should be starting 1B for your team, but they could definitely fill in at UTL or CI when they are hot. To answer your question, I prefer Smoak.

;-D Pretty much this, exactly.

I'd only add that if I was rostering Wallace at my CI/Util spot and needed to fill another hole, that I'd try and sell high.

Smoak is showing more power potential than Wallace.
