Trading Ichiro or Cory Hart, what SP are they worth?

I'm considering trading Ichiro or Cory Hart since I have 2 RF's (Jay Bruce + one of them). Which SP are they worth straight-up?

I'm trying to upgrade my SP, do you think I should try to trade for another position perhaps? or SP would be a good idea?

Ichiro is worth his ADP so check where he got drafted and what pitchers were around, hart being injured will have lost some value till he can prove he can still hit. Your SP's look fine but if you think you need another go for it.
