BJ Upton and Price for Crawford?

I would get Crawford, Kuroda, and Storen. I give him Upton, Price and Walden. We use OBP and K's for hitters, and we count Losses as a category for pitchers as well. What do you think?

I like getting Carl and losing Upton, but Price >>> Kuroda and I like Walden over Storen. Still, closers are fickle. And your other SP are solid. I might see if he would pony up someone a bit better with Kuroda as K's go. If not, I might still do it because I am not a huge Upton guy.

Kuroda is the guy I told him I wanted. I think he's way underrated, and this is why I want to do it. He thinks Kuroda is garbage, I don't think he's that far off from Price. He doesn't rack up K's, but other than that, I think he's solid.

It's a defensible trade but I don't think Crawford is enough of an upgrade over BJ Upton to justify giving up Price. Crawford may not run nearly as much now with that much firepower in the Red Sox lineup compared to his TB days. Even if you think Price is overrated (right now he is) you can still receive a bit more in return based on his name alone. Kuroda is the kind of pitcher someone may drop if he has two or three bad starts so you could grab him off waivers eventually later in the year.

I would make this trade. You are getting the best player in the trade. I also think Kuroda is undervalued.
