Rate my trade? Polanco/Rauch for Werth WHIR

I am in a 12-man H2H league and there is a guy that just lost his 3rd baseman, Scott Rolen (from injury), and only has one closer. So, I offered him Placido Polanco and Jon Rauch for his Jason Werth (who he's been trying to get rid off) and he accepted. Did I make a good deal?

Nice deal for you. Polanco is solid but nothing all that special. and Rauch won't be closing in Toronto all season.

I wouldn't veto it personally, but I usually don't unless there is collusion involved. Some people are more trigger happy with their veto power though.
