Trading Russell Martin...who is a good SP target? WHIR**

I'm in a 12 team, 6x6 (with OPS and holds) roto league with keepers.

I'm in a good position in the hitting categories but am looking to improve my pitching. I want to carry one catcher and own Buster Posey and Russell Martin. Of those, I want to trade Martin for a starting pitcher. I would likely drop Edwin Jackson, who is too inconsistent for my blood. Whom should I be targeting? Any suggestions?

Looking at potential teams with weak catchers, would asking for Jonathan Sanchez or Kuroda be fair?

Kuroda for Martin seems like a fair deal. I'd try for Sanchez first though since I prefer him to Kuroda.

Sánchez is probably asking too much, but it doesn't hurt to try.
